I am blending two of my strongest passions - gardening and photography. I especially love bees, which you'll see featured frequently, along with their habitat. I am quickly learning how to better capture them with my camera daily. (I'm also a member of www.xerces.org and donate regularly to www.seedsforhaiti.org and www.mercycorps.org). Apparently I'm succeeding, as Bees #1 and 2 were published in The Oregonian as a Runner Up in the 2009 & 2010 Northwest Home & Gardens Photography Contests (I started shooting in 2009). I have also won a merit in a PPA sanctioned print competition for my shot of frozen Lower Multnomah Falls. I hope you enjoy the results as much as I do.
I take great pride in my products and images, and to that end I am providing my own order fulfillment to better ensure product quality. (Just click on upper left corner of any photo to order a print from me). I shoot in Nikon's RAW format to capture the greatest amount of detail and information in my images. While the files here are all jpg's that should suffice for web use when you purchase my digital download product, I use the original RAW files for producing files to print in sizes up to 20 x 30". All inks and materials are of highest grade to ensure long lasting archival quality. I'll be offering more images & products, so stop back often.
